These Minoru Lamb Neck Chops are cut from our locally raised lamb on the family farm just outside Canowindra. Each pack contains four chops (approx. 110g each), known for their rich flavour and tenderness when slow-cooked. Taken from the neck, this cut is ideal for hearty meals that bring out deep, full-bodied lamb flavour.
Cooking Suggestion: For a simple preparation, season with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and cracked pepper. Best cooked low and slow—braise in stock, red wine, or tomato-based sauces for 3–4 hours until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
