Blakeney Pork Schnitzel – White Crumb (2 x Approx. 350g)

Our Blakeney Pork Schnitzels are made using quality locally sourced pork from Blakeney Pork, carefully prepared by our butchers and coated in a classic white breadcrumb for a delicious golden, crispy finish.

Packed as 2 generous schnitzels at approximately 350g each, they're tender, flavoursome and perfect for an easy family dinner. The quality of the pork really shines through, making these a great option when you want something quick to cook without compromising on quality.

Cooking Suggestion:
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook for approximately 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the crumb is golden and the pork is cooked through. Alternatively, cook in the oven or air fryer until beautifully crisp and cooked through.

Serve traditionally with chips, salad and a squeeze of lemon, alongside creamy mash and vegetables, or turn them into a pork schnitzel burger with fresh slaw and your favourite sauce.
