Cooking Suggestion:
For the best results, cook quickly over high heat. Heat your frying pan or wok until very hot, add a small amount of oil and cook the strips in small batches for approximately 1–3 minutes, tossing regularly. Avoid overcrowding the pan and overcooking to keep the beef tender and juicy.
