Our Blakeney Pork Mince is made using quality, locally sourced pork from Blakeney Pork, produced by the White family here in the Canowindra region. It's another great local product we're proud to offer through Canowindra Butchery, supporting producers from our own community.

Freshly minced by our butchers, it has a beautiful balance of lean pork and natural fat, giving you plenty of flavour while keeping dishes tender and juicy. Its versatility makes it a great staple to have in the fridge or freezer.

Cooking Suggestion:
Perfect for pork meatballs, dumplings, san choy bow, stir-fries, burgers, sausage rolls, pasta dishes or homemade rissoles. Brown in a hot frying pan over medium-high heat, breaking the mince apart as it cooks, and cook thoroughly before serving.
