Our Beef Thick Sausages are made fresh in-house using quality Australian beef and a classic blend of seasonings for a rich, hearty flavour. With a coarser grind and traditional thickness, these sausages are perfect for BBQs, weekend breakfasts, or comforting midweek meals. Each pack contains 10 sausages, totalling approximately 1kg.
Cooking Suggestion: Grill or pan-fry over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning regularly until browned and cooked through. Great served with mash and gravy, in a roll with onions, or sliced into stews and pasta dishes.
