Cooking Suggestion:
Cook over medium heat on the barbecue, in a frying pan or in the oven for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned and cooked through. Avoid cooking over excessively high heat to allow the honey to caramelise gently while keeping the sausages juicy.
